It starts with a smile
Whether greeting you at the drive-thru or making your meal inside the restaurant, Chick-fil-A® Team Members strive to serve up memorable experiences for each and every guest. And we hope that dining with us inspires you to spread that sense of warmth to others, too.

Eating on the go can be a challenge, but we want to help. From hand-breading the chicken for our classic sandwiches to sourcing fresh produce for our salads and fruit cups, quality food has always been a top priority. We believe in delivering great fast food every day (except Sundays).

How we give back
Chick-fil-A is dedicated to caring for others as we fight hunger in the local Canadian communities we serve, provide Team Members with leadership training, skills development and educational opportunities, and continually look for ways to bring additional sustainable practices into our restaurants.

Why we’re closed on Sundays
Our founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. Having worked seven days a week in restaurants open 24 hours, Truett saw the importance of closing on Sundays so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose — a practice we uphold today.
Locally-owned and operated
Our local independent franchised Operators are devoted to serving their local communities while offering great-tasting food made with quality ingredients. Today, Chick-fil-A® restaurants operate in more than 28 locations in Canada.
