Why didn’t I receive points for my recent order?

Only eligible purchases earn points. You won’t earn points for $0 orders, including those made entirely with rewards. You can earn up to 100 points within a 3-hour period—after that, additional orders won’t earn points until the limit resets.

Check your points balance under the Rewards tab, or review your Transaction History in the Account tab. If points are missing from an eligible purchase, please contact Customer Support for help.
