How do I place an order through the Chick-fil-A Canada App? 

To place an order in the Chick-fil-A App: 

  • Sign in to the Chick-fil-A Canada App using your Google or Apple account. 
  • Tap “Order” in the bottom menu. 
  • Tap the location name at the top of the screen to select a participating Chick-fil-A restaurant. At this time, only carry-out orders are available in the app. 
  • Browse the menu and add items to your cart. You can customize your order by selecting your preferences from the available options before adding each item. 
  • Once you have added the items to your order, tap the cart icon in the top right corner to view your selected items and order total. 
  • Tap “Check out” at the bottom of your screen and enter your credit card information. * 
  • After your payment method is submitted, follow the on-screen instructions. When you arrive at the restaurant, tap “I’m Here” to let the team know to start preparing your order.** Once you tap “I’m Here,” your credit card will be charged. 

*Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment at this time, and you will need to re-enter your card for each order as saving cards is not currently supported in the app. 

**Orders must be picked up the same day they are placed. Preparation does not begin until you check in at the restaurant.
