You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A Gift Card in one of the following ways:
- By checking your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A Gift Card to pay for a purchase, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.
- By calling 1-888-232-1864 and entering the appropriate card information.
- By visiting a Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and having a Team Member perform a balance inquiry.
