Chick-fil-A Gift Cards can be used for purchases of food, beverages, and merchandise at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurant locations in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Multiple gift cards can be redeemed in a single transaction, and Chick-fil-A Gift Cards never expire. No fees will be deducted from a gift card balance. Chick-fil-A Gift Cards cannot be used on online catering orders.
Chick-fil-A Gift Cards are not accepted at most Chick-fil-A Express™ and licensed Chick-fil-A locations such as stadiums, airports or universities.

App Limitations:
- The Chick-fil-A App is not currently supported in Puerto Rico, so gift cards or eGift Cards transferred to a
Chick-fil-A One Card on the U.S. App cannot be redeemed in Puerto Rico. - Gift cards are not supported in the Chick-fil-A Canada App at this time.
If you need to exchange a U.S. Chick-fil-A Gift Card for a Canadian Chick-fil-A Gift Card, please complete and submit a “Chick-fil-A Gift Card Replacement Form” here. Completed forms can be mailed or emailed to the addresses listed at the top of the form. Allow up to six weeks for the form to be processed by CFA Servco.
