Radhika’s journey from New Delhi to Brampton is one of courage, community and full-circle moments that reflect her passion for people and hospitality
Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Radhika moved to Canada with her family in 2012, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future. Brampton was the first Canadian city she called home, and it became the foundation of her new beginnings.
Over the past 13 years, the city has been the backdrop for many of her milestones—from learning to drive in the same parking lot that now surrounds Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles to finding her place in a community that embraced her. For Radhika, opening this restaurant truly feels like a full circle moment at home.
Guided by Family Values
Radhika’s leadership is inspired by her grandfather, her lifelong role model and moral compass. His kindness, generosity and belief in lifting others up shaped her approach to life and business. “His lessons were not just words,” said Radhika. “They became the foundation of who I am.” Those values now guide how she leads, serves and connects with others every day.
A Passion for Hospitality
Radhika’s career began at Subway, where she learned the fundamentals of restaurant management. She went on to work for several leading hospitality companies, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of service and learned that true hospitality is about creating moments where people feel valued and cared for.
Why Chick-fil-A?
Radhika first discovered Chick-fil-A at Yorkdale Mall when friends convinced her to try the famous nuggets and Waffle Potato Fries®. The warmth of the experience and the brand’s culture of care left a lasting impression.
In April 2022, she joined Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program, completing 12 assignments across North America. Through these experiences, she found a brand that aligned perfectly with her belief in excellence, service and genuine care.
A Mission Beyond Food
Radhika’s vision for Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles is about more than great meals. She wants every Guest to feel seen, valued and appreciated.
Equally important to her is giving back to the city that gave her so much. She is excited to create more than 100 local jobs and to help her Team Members grow, develop and build meaningful careers.

Under Radhika’s leadership, Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles will be more than a restaurant. It will be a reflection of Brampton itself—diverse, welcoming and full of heart. Every Guest who walks through its doors will be reminded that care, connection and community are always on the menu.
