From scholarships and surplus food donations to sustainability milestones, Chick-fil-A strives to have a positive influence throughout the communities we serve.

Chick-fil-A Founder S. Truett Cathy was known for saying “a great company is a caring company.” This important spirit of generosity and service remains evident across Chick-fil-A today. It starts with local Owner-Operators and their Team Members at more than 3,000 Restaurants across Canada, the U.S., Puerto Rico and beyond. The commitment is also embodied by Chick-fil-A, Inc. Staff and subsidiaries, as we collectively make a difference and positively impact others.

From advancing education to addressing food insecurity to embracing opportunities for environmental stewardship, the 2024 Global Impact Report highlights how the Chick-fil-A community made progress across its four focus areas: Caring for People, Caring for Communities, Caring through Food and Caring for the Planet.
