How do I earn the 750 bonus points from this offer?

  • It’s easy! Just download or open the Chick-fil-A Canada App, sign in or create an account, and place a mobile order between September 28 and October 10, 2026. Once your qualifying purchase is completed, 750 bonus points will be added to your account on or around October 13, 2026.

Is there a minimum spend required to get the 750 bonus points?

  • To qualify, you just need to complete any mobile transaction greater than $0 CAD using the Chick-fil-A Canada App during the offer period (September 28 – October 10, 2026).

What menu items can I redeem for 750 points in the app?

  • The 750 bonus points can be redeemed for an original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, or 8-ct Nuggets, or for various beverages, side items, or treats. For more details, check out the Chick-fil-A Canada App to see which menu items can be redeemed.

When will I receive my bonus points?

  • Your 750 bonus points will be automatically applied to your account on or about October 13, 2026.

How many times can I get the 750 bonus points?

  • There is a limit of one (1) reward of 750 bonus points per registered account/person during the promotion period.

Who is eligible for this offer?

  • This offer is open to all registered users of the Chick-fil-A Canada App who are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and 18 years of age or older.

Can I order at the register or drive-thru and still get the points?

  • To qualify for the 750 bonus points, the purchase must be a completed mobile transaction greater than $0 CAD made through the Chick-fil-A Canada App between September 28 and October 10, 2026.

Can anyone get the Chick-fil-A Canada App? 

Is there a cost to use the Chick-fil-A Canada App? 

  • No, Chick-fil-A does not charge a fee for use of the app. Anyone who creates a free account can make mobile orders and earn points.   

Why can’t I save my payment method for placing orders?

  • At this time, payment details must be entered with each order. However, the app supports both Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Currently, the Chick-fil-A Canada App supports credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Debit cards, all other digital wallets, and gift cards are not supported at this time.

How do I manage my account?

Offer available to residents of Canada only (excluding residents of Quebec). To qualify, you must be (or become) a registered user of the Chick-fil-A® Canada mobile app (“App”). You will automatically earn 750 points (“Reward”) in the App when you make a completed mobile transaction (any transaction greater than $0 CAD) using the App between September 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time and October 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local time. Check local operating hours. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per person. Reward will be applied to your App account on or about October 13, 2026. Chick-fil-A reserves the right to revoke the Reward if the qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded, cancelled, or reversed.
