Chick-fil-A gift cards?
Chick-fil-A gift cards are issued and managed by CFA Servco, Inc., an affiliate of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount between $5 and $100 at most Chick-fil-A restaurant locations (find your nearest restaurant by clicking here).Chick-fil-A gift cards are not available for purchase at retail stores in Canada at this time. If you purchased a Chick-fil-A gift card at a retail store, grocery store, or pharmacy in the U.S., it can only be used at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in the U.S. Physical Chick-fil-A gift cards are not available to purchase online. Please note that Chick-fil-A, Inc. is not affiliated with any websites buying or selling Chick-fil-A gift cards. Gift cards purchased through online third-party sellers may not be honored by Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Where can I use Chick-fil-A gift cards?
Chick-fil-A gift cards are country-specific and can only be used in the country they were activated in. This means a gift card purchased in Canada can only be used in a Canadian Chick-fil-A restaurant and a gift card purchased in the US can only be used in a U.S. Chick-fil-A restaurant.Chick-fil-A gift cards are not accepted at most Chick-fil-A Express™ and licensed Chick-fil-A locations such as stadiums, airports or universities.

Multiple gift cards can be redeemed in a single transaction, and Chick-fil-A gift cards never expire. No fees will be deducted from a gift card balance.

How do I check my balance on a Chick-fil-A gift card?
You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A gift card in one of the following ways:- By checking your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A gift card to pay for a purchase, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.
- By calling 1-888-232-1864 and entering the appropriate card information.
- By visiting a Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A gift cards and having a Team Member perform a balance inquiry.
Additional Information
Chick-fil-A gift cards never expire and can be reloaded if they were purchased in a Chick-fil-A restaurant. You may add money to an existing Chick-fil-A gift card at any time by visiting any Chick-fil-A restaurant that sells gift cards.

- Can I replace a damaged, lost, stolen or inactive Chick-fil-A gift card?
- Download and follow the instructions on this printable Chick-fil-A Gift Card Replacement Form. For lost, stolen or inactive gift cards, you will also need the original sales receipt and/or activation receipt to determine if your gift card can be replaced.
- Are Chick-fil-A gift cards refundable?
Gift cards can only be refunded back to the original form of payment. Gift cards purchased with cash cannot be refunded. If requesting a refund on the same day the Chick-fil-A Canada gift card(s) was purchased, please visit the Chick-fil-A restaurant where the gift card was purchased. Otherwise, please complete and submit a “Chick-fil-A Gift Card Replacement Form” which can be downloaded here. The gift card’s full balance must be remaining, and the purchase receipt is required. Refunds are up to the Restaurant Operator’s discretion. Allow up to 6 weeks for the form to be processed by CFA Servco.
